Interbulk land contract in Russia

InterBulk Group has won a multi-million pound contract to provide packaging, warehousing and loading operations in Siberia.

The deal is the company’s first major step into Russia’s dry bulk sector and is worth just over £8m over 10 years.

The East Kilbride-based firm will provide services for TomskNefteKhim, a subsidiary of Russian petrochemical group at a polyethylene facility in Tomsk.

InterBulk, which has an annual turnover of about £300m, is part-owned by Clyde Blowers.
