The new Vice-Chairman of the ITCO Tank Leasing Division has now been appointed. Robert Clarke, business development director, Exsif Worldwide, will now undertake this role. Robert will join Chris Sandler, who took over earlier this month as Chairman of the Leasing Division, on the ITCO Board.
