As part of the agreement, the two companies will distribute each other’s products, providing customers in a wide swath of Europe with access to a broader portfolio of solutions. They will also share manufacturing facilities, which will enable both companies to deliver larger volumes with shorter lead times – including customized solutions.
Stokota CEO Mario Hertegonne is very pleased with the agreement. “It will provide a foundation for significant growth in sales of Stokota products in the Nordic market,” he explained, also noting the importance of fully utilizing the companies’ high-performance manufacturing facilities in Poland.
