With flexibility in mind, the flanged valve was manufactured to be compatible with both 1.5” DIN and 2” ANSI flanged connections. It is fitted with a 200 micron stainless steel mesh Gauze that helps protect the tank from possible contamination. The gauze filter may be changed in-situ. The Girard Airline Ball Valve is also available in a dual port model and traditional 1.5” BSP or NPT standard models.
