Intermobile cited “non-performance” as the reason for terminating the agreements.
A services and management contract between Intermobile and CSS Alliance LLC was entered into on 9 June 2015 under which CSS would manage and oversee the engineering and manufacturing of Intermobile containers (see Bulk Distributor, Nov/Dec 2015).
However, according to Intermobile: “CSS Alliance did not perform the functions as detailed in the services and management contract to the satisfaction of the Intermobile Container LLC’s management team. As such, Intermobile Container LLC has exercised their right to terminate the agreement.”
