Imperial expands Management Board
Adrian Kaczmarczyk (46) was promoted to the Management Board of Imperial Logistics International B.V. & Co. KG at the beginning of this year. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Kaczmarczyk will be responsible for the operational management of all the European logistics and transport activities on the Management Board of Imperial Logistics International. He had been COO of the Imperial Transport Solutions division since May 2017. “With Adrian Kaczmarczyk as COO at the board level, we’re taking another step in expanding our company’s European market activities under the umbrella of the new global logistics unit, Imperial Logistics,” said CEO Carsten Taucke, explaining the development. “Kaczmarczyk is an expert with plenty of knowledge and brings with him extensive experience in developing and managing efficient international supply chain strategies and transport concepts through his previous positions in industry,” Taucke added.
The graduate engineer was previously Corporate Vice President Global Supply Chain in the Adhesive Technologies division at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. Prior to that, he spent time working at Siegwerk AG (Vice President Supply Chain and Operations EMEA), Avery Dennison (Corporate Director Global Supply Chain and Operations) as well as Procter & Gamble.
The Management Board at Imperial Logistics International B.V. & Co. KG, which has its headquarters in Duisburg, consists of Carsten Taucke (CEO), Adrian Kaczmarczyk (COO), Michael Lütjann (CIO) and Thomas Schulz (CFO).
