Neumüller, who joined Starlinger’s sales department in 2013, assumed his new role on April 1, 2023.

Starlinger owner and managing partner Angelika Huemer expressed her appreciation for Adrigan’s contributions: “We would like to thank Hermann Adrigan for his services to our company. He played a key role in the success of our business in the last two decades.”

She praised Neumüller, stating, “With Harald Neumüller, the next generation takes over now. He will take on the current challenges and bring in new ideas.”

Circular economy

Neumüller brings a strong background in business administration and technical college education to his new role. As a sales manager at Starlinger, he sold production lines for woven plastic sacks in the Middle East and Africa, gaining valuable experience in the company’s internal processes and market realities.

Regarding his goals, Neumüller said, “A key topic that Starlinger has taken up and promoted in the last years is sustainable plastic packaging and the corresponding recycling solutions for a functioning circular economy. I would like to push this even further.”

He emphasised responsible plastic usage and the company’s focus on developing sustainable and easily recyclable packaging solutions. He stated: “Our customers know that they are not just buying a Starlinger machine – they are investing in European technology, concepts and concepts and overall solutions for resource-saving production in the future.”
