Digital trade enabler CNS (Community Network Services), a DP World company, has enhanced its customs management system to integrate with CCS UK, the electronic system that connects the UK air cargo community. The integration came into effect earlier today.

This adds to CNS’ comprehensive suite of services, now covering all trade frontiers – land, air, and sea. The integration is set to transform how customs brokers manage their operations in the United Kingdom.

CNS’ centralised digital platform will consolidate all customer activities in the UK into a single, intuitive interface, streamlining the movement of goods throughout the country’s trade ecosystem. Linking directly with CCS – the UK’s pre-existing electronic air cargo community – the platform offers increased efficiency, flexibility, and access to airlines, transit shared operators, and customs brokers, making it easier for them to declare inventory-linked goods.

Matthew Bradley, Managing Director at CNS said: “Our platform is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. Our integration with CCS UK is the final piece of the puzzle, fostering greater visibility and collaboration across the customs network to boost regulatory compliance and lock in more value. With the support of DP World’s considerable standing in trade and logistics, we have applied our experience and feedback from customers across the industry to offer peace of mind to our users, championing security and ease of use to keep trade flowing.

“CNS has received overwhelmingly positive feedback so far, particularly for its error identification and resolution capabilities. This reaffirms our commitment to always deliver industry-leading software solutions that simplify trade across the UK.”
