The new structure brings together Greiwing logistics for you GmbH, Separation AG, KTV Speditionsgesellschaft mbH and Greiwing services for you GmbH, enabling the companies to leverage shared expertise while maintaining their individual market identities.
According to managing director Jürgen Greiwing, the move is designed to provide customers with integrated logistics solutions through closer co-operation across the group.
“The Greiwing logistics group stands for logistics solutions from a single source. By strengthening collaboration across our companies and linking our processes more closely, customers benefit from shorter decision-making paths, combined expertise and comprehensive support throughout the logistics chain,” he said.
The reorganisation reflects the group’s expansion in recent years. Separation AG joined the business in 2020, followed by Greiwing services for you GmbH in 2023, while KTV Speditionsgesellschaft became a wholly owned subsidiary in 2025.
Under the new structure, the group is standardising processes and IT systems to improve operational efficiency, streamline co-ordination and enhance delivery reliability. Customers will benefit from closer integration between specialist business units while each company continues to operate independently in its respective market.
