QWM Group introduces the RCV Ultra Vac

QWM Group has announced the latest addition to its growing fleet of vacuum tanker vehicles: the RCV Ultra Vac with integrated wash-down functionality.

Mounted on a DAF 8×4 Tridem chassis and equipped with a 4,200-gallon tank, this powerful new unit significantly enhances the operational capacity of the Quest Tanker Response team.

The RCV Ultra Vac is designed to deliver increased flexibility, enabling the Tanker Response team to respond to wastewater framework requirements with greater speed, precision and reliability.

Its advanced specification includes a Jurop LC 750 water-cooled vacuum pump with original silencer, piped for both pressure and vacuum with manual operation and offering 750 CFM.

A Speck P52/72-200 jetting pump delivers 72 litres per minute, while a 120-metre stainless steel hose reel with ½” hydraulic operation provides efficient jetting and wash-down capabilities.

A hydraulically operated rear opening door adds to the ease and convenience of operation.

With over 80 metres of suction hose, the unit offers exceptional reach and flexibility in the field. The system also features recycled jetting water filtration to 50 microns, contributing to both environmental sustainability and operational cost savings.

The RCV Ultra Vac is a strategic upgrade to the fleet. It is ideally suited for a variety of applications, including clearing septic tanks and pump stations, flood response such as culvert and storm system clearance, cleaning treatment plants, emptying road gullies and catchment pits, planned preventative maintenance, and emergency callouts.
