BSX specialises in out-of-gauge road transport, but also provides tanker, silo and tank container haulage. By joining Gosselin, BSX will benefit from additional economies of scale, a broader international reach, and support in terms of professionalisation and further growth, a Gosselin statement read.
Marc Smet and Dirk Vanhoutteghem, owners of Gosselin Group, welcomed the team of around 50 BSX employees. BSX is based in Beveren Belgium.
