Patented system offers technology and features which maximize production efficiency. The Flo-Master™ bag massaging system promotes consistent material flow, while the Seal-Master™ access chamber allows easy operator access to bag spout. Sure-Seal™ pneumatic spout clamping system ensures dust-tight operation. A Flo-Lock™ discharge gate quickly halts material flow for partial bag discharge. Unit features a surge hopper with level sensors, screw conveyor, and C-I-P system. Integral load cells and PLC allow for controlled loss-in-weight operation. Unit includes clear acrylic guarding on three sides of equipment framework, and a load side light curtain for operator safety.
